What a great urban farm idea! Your grey water, poured over the compost pile, feeds the plants in the raised area retaining the pile.

Edges are the most fertile areas in any ecosystem. All along the edge is where we find new and different life bursting forth. An edge is also the precipice off which we might fall if we aren't mindful.
