More Chinese Artichokes yesterday. Another 1.5 pounds. And actually, I stopped looking. These are still tasty, but too hard to clean at this point to be worth the effort. Will use them as seed tubers (what? seed. tubers. ?) and spread them around too friends so I can get some back if I loose my crop (like that will happen -- mint family, remember?).
